Each day we have to face various things. There are several things we have to deal with the time we go out of our houses. When we get to work we have to deal with cramped elevators, swamped desks, moody bosses and clients and of course we also have to deal with irritating officemates. These can all result to a certain degree of stress. All throughout the day we can barely relax, we can barely find a relaxing spot where we can drift away from reality. All throughout the day we have to face reality. Because of this never ending debacle at the end of the day we end up lethargic. To counter this we need to do something relaxing when we get home like a guided meditation.

A guided meditation is a form of meditation wherein your mind is taken to a journey, a journey to place where you can relax, contemplate and reflect. In a guided meditation someone is going to read to you a script that is written especially for meditating. The script can either be read by someone or you can always play a CD for guided meditation. Guided meditation requires you to let go of all conscious thoughts and allowing your subconscious to take over.
